BVR performed a “root cause analysis” for failure of UPS B at Main data center. Researched and installed real time data monitoring for both UPS A & B at the Data Center, found the root cause of the problem and made recommendations to correct the problem. Previous analysis and reports by the original equipment manufacturer failed to uncover the root cause of the UPS failure.
